FOCUS: Biglia and Candreva could quit Lazio

Lazio seem to have finally recovered from a difficult period, and now they are looking forward to face Galatasaray in the Europa League round of 16 and then Frosinone for the Serie A Matchday 26. However, the biancocelesti fans keep on boycotting the Stadio Olimpico: as reported by Il Messaggero, they won’t follow their team for the derby against the canarini and moreover, for the following game against Atalanta they have organized an alternative event.

Such protest is due to the discontent toward the club’s president Claudio Lotito, as they think that he is not committed enough to his team. If the Olimpico will keep on remaining empty, Lotito himself could loose about €5 million, and could be forced to sell some of the most representative players.

The agents of Felipe Anderson and Antonio Candreva have many times confirmed that their clients could leave, while the 30-year-old midfielder Lucas Biglia remains a target for Inter Milan. The Roman club –as reported by the Corriere dello Sport- is trying to convince the former Anderlecht extend his contract, but the Argentine is still hesitating.
