Genoa issue Juric ultimatum after crisis talks

Genoa have issued their under-fire manager Ivan Juric an ultimatum, sources have told Calciomercato.com. Club’s executives have met the manager this morning at the team’s training centre and confirmed him in charge of the Grifone until the next Serie A clash against Sampdoria.

The incoming derby clash could be the last game of Juric in charge of Genoa in case of defeat. Genoa have only managed six points in 11 games and are involved in the relegation battle sitting 18th in the Serie A table after yesterday’s defeat to Spal.

Massimo Oddo, Edy Reja and Davide Ballardini, however, have already been contacted by the club and could replace Juric if Genoa lose the derby clash on Saturday.
