Sao Paulo sporting director, Joao Paulo de Jesus Lopes, told O Globo: "Hernanes has been followed by many big clubs for years, but we haven't received any good offers yet. Fourteen million euro is the right figure but Lazio haven't offered it, thus there is no agreement".
