One of the interested parties was Chelsea, coached by a certain jose Mourinho. Speaking on his youtube channel, the former Fiorentina man revealed that the Special One had come knocking.
The answer? Negative!
“I was happy at Betis,” Joaquin explains, “And money doesn’t make you happy”.
