Rafa Benitez goes on the offensive, defending his work and that of his staff, under fire for the disappointing results of last month, and for the many injuries that have decimated the team.

"I will not stop, I’m going forward, I’m relaxed, and we are united - the Spaniard said in a press conference on the eve of Inter-Chievo -. This is no time to stop; it's time to move forward. The President knows that it is a difficult situation due to injuries. We must be united".

"We have been in football for 25 years with players of this level and we won - Benitez continues -. We know that there are problems, we know that something must be adjusted. If we all work together, we will win. The team made a great effort from a physical point of view in the second half of the derby. We attacked,we pressed, but we did it the wrong way. When you want to win at all costs, anxiety can take over. The head should be a bit cooler: in defense we are strong, we can do better in front if we attack in another way".
