Inter: Mazzarri wants Cannavaro. Juventus: OK for Menez

Last night’s loss against AS Roma has highlighted that Inter Milan still need to reinforce their team: but, as well known, the nerazzurri’s transfer market policy depends from the selling of the majority of the club’s shares to the Indonesian tycoon Erick Thohir; as reported this morning by La Gazzeyya dello Sport, there are still some details to be solved before the negotiation will be carried out, like the number of the members of the new administration council and the chairman’s post. In any case, the first team’s coach Walter Mazzarri seems to have a clear idea about the future: the 52 year old wants a new center back, and, according to calciomercato.com, has already contacted his former player Paolo Cannavaro, who is not having many chances at Napoli. On the contrary, the nerazzurri don’t seem any more interested in another player tracked during the last transfer market, 26 year old forward Pablo Daniel Osvaldo, actually at Southampton, even if, according to the Daily Star, the Italy international is already intentioned to leave the Premier League.

As reported yesterday, Parma are not intentioned to let their winger Jonathan Biabiany leave during the next transfer window, and seem now intentioned to swoop on Paris Saint-Germain 26 year old Jeremy Menez: it seems that the bianconeri’s coach Antonio Conte has agreed to the signing of the former AS Roma player.
