It is busy times for Inter Director Piero Ausilio and his deputy Dario Baccin as the January transfer window approaches. Inter have a non EU-slot left but as of right now it is reserved by Brazilian midfielder Ramires who should arrive on loan from Inter's sister club Jiangsu Sunung, should the former Chelsea man be able to overcome his knee injury.

IHowever, Ausilio and baccin will be traveling to South America during the upcoming international break and should they find a young player that is good enough to take a place in Spalletti's starting line-up, all bets are off.

During this visit Inter will be looking more closely at 4 players that they have been observing recently starting with San Lorenzo central defender Paulo Diaz, born in 1994. The Chilean defender's agent, has revealed that Inter have been negotiating for his clien for quite some time.

Inter are considering also considering making a move for Gremio forward Luan, who the Nerazzurri are considering bringing to Italy in aco-operation with Sampdoria. Inter jave also been very keen on Brazilian Serie A league leaders Corinthians full-back, Arana, born in 1997 whilst they also have their eyes on midfielder Carlos Benavidez, born in 1998, who plays for Uruguay club Defensor di Montevideo whom the Nerazzurri tried to bring to Italy this past summer in a co-operation with Genoa.
