Inter divided over PSG midfielder, Liverpool target
We exclusively reported late yesterday afternoon that Antero Henrique of PSG met with some of his counterparts at Inter, and the former Sao Paulo player was one of the topics of discussion.
While the Nerazzurri are interested, it appears that the ex-Liverpool target doesn’t quite convince part of Inter’s directors, the Gazzetta dello Sport claim.
Part of them see the 24-year-old as a slam dunk, others as an attacking midfielder with red flags.
They have a point: Lucas has showcased plenty of talent at the Parc des Princes, but also a nagging inconsistency, one which saw him play less and less as last season wore on.
Lucas himself has made it clear that he wants to stay in France, saying that: “To live in Paris - one of the world’s most visited cities - to learn a new language and live among another culture is great.”
