Inter and Liverpool have emerged as top contenders for Brazilian full-back Dalbert who is contracted with OGC Nice and is one of France’s most interesting defenders.
The Serie A giants have made the 23-year their top summer target but are not open to match the player’s release clause which is set to € 30 million.

Nice’s executives have confirmed to Nice Matin that the player will only leave the club for his release clause and that they are not going to accept Inter’s € 15 million opening bid.

The player is pushing to leave his club and join Inter but according to reports in France Arsenal and Manchester City have also pounced on the talented left-back who managed four assists in 33 Ligue 1 appearances last season.

Inter have already competed the signing of Sampdoria centre-back Milan Skriniar and are closing in on the signing of Fiorentina’s Borja Valero.

Liverpool have made Mohammed Salah the most expensive transfer in the history of the club sealing his transfer for € 50 million from AS Roma. Both clubs are looking for a new left-back just like Arsenal and Manchester City.
