Inter: Medel could renew. AC Milan: eyes on Fernandes

As reported in the last weeks, many Inter Milan players who seemed intended to quit “San Siro” during the last transfer window,  have now become some cornerstones of Roberto Mancini’s team; one of them is 29-year-old Chilean midfielder Gary Medel, who has won the Copa America last Summer with his national team, and is playing also as a defender in Mancini’s squad: the former Sevilla player remains a target for West Ham, but, as outlined by goal.com, the nerazzurri have refused a new offer made by the English club, and are on the contrary intentioned to extend the player’s deal of one more season and augment his salary. On the other hand, 23-year-old forward Adem Ljajic, arrived on loan from AS Roma in the last hours of the transfer market, has not had any chances to play in the Lombard team; in tonight’s game against Hellas Verona, the Serbia international could have the possibility to start, and convince Inter to sign him on permanent basis at the end of the season (the transfer fee amounts to 11 million euros); in any case, the nerazzurri keep on observing Sporting CP 24-year-old André Carrillo, but –according to O Jogo- to obtain the Peru international they will have to compete with FC Porto, Benfica and Marseille.
City rivals AC Milan are working to reinforce their team, and –as reported by calciomercatoweb.it- the rossoneri are also thinking about Udinese 21-year-old Bruno Fernandes: to obtain the Portuguese player during the next transfer window, the Lombardian club is ready to offer 7 million euros to the bianconeri.
