Inter Milan news: Spalletti’s injury update ahead of Nainggolan’s Roma return

Inter Milan were defeated in London yesterday evening as Tottenham Hotspur secured a 1-0 win over Luciano Spalletti’s side. Speaking to Sky Sport after the game, Spalletti provided his usual post-match talk, where he detailed an update about Radja Nainggolan’s condition, which could lead him to miss his return to former club AS Roma at the weekend:

“We did what we had to do, except in some part of the match. We are very sorry for the result, we have to go play next time and see what happens. We did not make the most of the goal before the goal. There are some difficulties with these teams and it's normal, you're always under pressure.W e had a wrong double interpretation of Sissoko's descent on the net .

“Nainggolan? it is difficult to see him play in Rome. Even on a muscular level he had a small problem because he then ran badly. Maybe I had to repair first and realize his condition. We lost a replacement, but we talked to the doctors and it was all right. Borja Valero made an excellent match, today he did not even suffer the physicality of the opponents.
