Inter: no new signings. Juventus: Quagliarella has remained

Despite the latest rumours, Inter Milan’s transfer market campaign has ended with no particular surprises: the nerazzurri were seeking a midfielder, but FC Porto 26 year old Fernando Francisco Reges and Sao Paulo 22 year old Wellington have not joined, and so has done AS Roma 27 year old wingback Marquinho, who, in the last hours of the transfer window has been perhaps closer to Juventus. According to Sky, the Lombard team’s coach Walter Mazzarri wanted one between Juventus 25 year old right back Mauricio Isla and Napoli 27 year old Juan Camilo Zuniga, but has finally understood the club’s needs. Perhaps the nerazzurri’s president Massimo Moratti has highlighted today that he is happy of the fact that Mazzarri has recovered some player like Ricardo Alvarez and Jonathan Cicero Moreira. On the other hand, Inter have succeeded in yielding some of their players: 22 year old midfielder Joel Obi has been loaned to Parma, while 21 year old defender Cristiano Biraghi, in co-ownership with Cittadella, will play in the current season for Catania.

As reported earlier, there have been no meetings between Juventus and Cagliari 25 year old midfielder Radja Nainggolan: later the Sardinian club’s president Massimo Cellino has announced that both the Belgiun international and 26 year old defender Davide Astori were not going to move. Even the swap involving Alberto Gilardino, Marco Borriello and Fabio Quagliarella has failed, also because coach Antonio Conte has refused to renounce to this latter. Finally, Eintracht Frankfurt 18 year old defender Marc-Oliver Kempf has refused to join the bianconeri.
