Inter set to make offer for Chelsea midfielder
The Spaniard's contract at Chelsea runs out in the summer 2019 and he will be a free-agent in the summer and will be able to discuss terms in January with another club.
Sky Italia state that Inter are eyeing a big free move for the Spaniard and could well be a possibility.
