Inter, Spalletti comments on Conte speculation

Inter Milan will face Chievo Verona tomorrow as the Nerazzurri face off in a must-win game to ensure they keep up the pressure on the likes of Atalanta and Milan in their race for Champions League football.

Speaking to the press before the game, Inter manager Luciano Spalletti had this to say

"Conte and the future? I don't care, I don't care about what concerns me and my future or the future of Inter. It is the Inter of today that interests everyone and tomorrow there are 60 thousand people for this reason here. Not to warm up the booths for next season, but to give support in this match here. We are interested in today's training and tomorrow's game, this is what becomes fundamental and that will allow us to live another season in the Champions League.

"It becomes difficult to increase the pressure on those who thrive at Inter, in a team of a level like this. Here the pressure is always at maximum, there is never a result that makes you calm but there is always a higher goal to reach. It is normal for our opponents to have won their games, as it must be normal for us to win all those in front of us. In football it is never easy to reach a result, especially if you are ill-prepared."
