Italy took on USA today in an international friendly game. In the end, Italy beat USA 1-0 in Belgium thanks to a very late Matteo Politano goal. Mancini's team really dominated the game from start to finish but yet again, they were incredibly wasteful. In the end, substitute Politano scored the winner as Mancini's team end 2018 on a high note. USA keeper Horvath was very good indeed as he made numerous saves on the night but couldn't stop the Inter striker in stoppage time. This was a deserved but suffered win for the azzurri.
