James Rodriguez-Dybala swap: The newest updates

James Rodriguez-Dybala swap: The newest updates

In recent weeks there have been a lot of talks of a possible exchange between Juventus and Bayern Munich involving James Rodriguez and Paulo Dybala.

The Colombian, assisted by Jorge Mendes, is not a protagonist for the German club under the leadership of Kovac. A few appearances, some disagreement with the manager and a feeling with the environment that seems to have broken. In Germany, it is rumoured that Rodriguez had discussions with the club's sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic. On the other side, Dybala is improving at Juventus with excellent performances.

Technically, James still belongs to Real Madrid, even though Bayern opened up to the possibility of redeeming the player for 42 million last summer. The environmental tensions and the consequent lack of minutes for the Colombian playmaker, however, have led to new arguments at Bayern.

At the moment there are many doubts about the possibility of buying Rodriguez outright at the end of the season. Without that, obviously, the potential exchange with Dybala would fail. Although maybe, if James really returns to Real Madrid, the deal could be completed with Real Madrid, provided that Juventus will be interested in dealing on these bases.
