    Joao Mario's father: 'Sporting refused Inter and Liverpool offers'

    The father of Sporting CP midfielder Joao Mario told Diario de Noticias: “The offers for my son don’t come to me directly, but through his agent Kia Joorabchian and through Sporting president. However, I was told that the club has refused the €35 million plus bonuses offered by Inter and the €40 million offered by Liverpool.”
