Juve, Arsenal make first offer for Rugani: the details

The first offer for Daniele Rugani from Arsenal as arrived. The  Gunners have made a two-year loan offer, but the Bianconeri are only interested in a permanent sale.
 
The offer is being evaluated, but there's almost no chance that it will be accepted. The Turin side would only be ready to give the green light for the departure if an offer of around €40m arrives.
