Juve eye wantaway Man Utd and Liverpool target to replace Bonucci

Juventus are looking for a replacement of new AC Milan signing Leonardo Bonucci who swapped the Allianz Stadium with the San Siro in a sensational € 42 million bid.
The Old Lady has already signed Mattia Caldara from Atalanta although the promising defender is likely to spend one more season on loan at his current club.

Reports in Italy claim the Champions League finalists have set their sights on Kostas Manolas and Stefan De Vrij who are contracted with AS Roma and Lazio respectively.

The Greece International will see his contract expire in 2019 and according to today’s edition of Tuttosport he is not willing to sign a contract extension with the giallorossi. Manolas, who is also a transfer target of Manchester United, has recently snubbed a move to Zenit with the Russians who were on the verge of signing the 25-year-old for € 35 million.

AS Roma, however, are not open to sell their defensive star given that they have already sold the likes of Antonio Rudiger, Leandro Paredes and Mohammed Salah for a combined fee exceeding € 100 million.

Stefan De Vrij is also not happy in Rome or, at least, he is not open to sign a contract extension with Lazio. The Dutchman’s contract expires in 2018 and Liverpool are also being linked with a move for the 25-year-old.
