Juve: eyes on three PSG players. Inter: Vidic closer

Tuesday evening Juventus Sports Director Fabio Paratici has flown to Germany to observe the Champions League game between Bayer Leverkusen and Paris Saint-Germain: as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the Piedmont’s club executive has basically observed three players of the Ligue 1 defending champions: 21 year old playmaker Marco Verratti, who could be part of a swap between the two clubs involving 20 year old Paul Pogba; 26 year old midfielder Blaise Matuidi, whose contract with the French club will expire at the end of the season and has the same agent of Pogba; same-aged winger Jeremy Menez, who will also become a free agent at the end of June; the former AS Roma player has been tracked by the bianconeri for a long time, but now the Serie A defending champions’ interest doesn’t seems as concrete as during the last transfer window. Another option for Juve’s flank remains 25 year old Juan Cuadrado, actually in co-ownership between Fiorentina and Udinese, but, interviewed by Jn24.it, the Friuli’s club Sports Director Cristiano Giaretta has assured that the only negotiations regarding the Colombia international are those with the Tuscan club, and that the bianconeri are not involved.
As well known, Inter Milan are about to carry out the negotiation for 32 year old defender Nemanja Vidic, whose contract with Manchester United will expire at the end of the season: the Lombard club’s president Erick Thohir has declared this afternoon that there are 90% possibility to sign the Serbia international. The Indonesian tycoon has also denied to be seeking an executive to replace Marco Branca.
