Juve: new offer for Morata. Milan: Amelia to England?
Juventus keep on seeking a new forward, and, as well known, their main targets for such position is Real Madrid 21-year-old Alvaro Morata: according to AS, the bianconeri have made a new offer for the Spain international (whose contract with the European Champions will expire in one year) -18 million euros- but the real problem is the one regarding the option that the merengues would like to keep on the player. Another priority for the Serie A defending champions is reinforcing their flank, and, as outlined by calciomercato.com, considering the fact that Feyenoord 24-year-old Daryl Janmaat seems closer to Napoli, they are ready to swoop on Torino 29-year old Matteo Darmian, expecially if 30-year-old Stephan Lichtsteiner will join Arsenal; another option remains Atalanta 22-year-old Davide Zappacosta, but –according to tuttoatalanta.com, AC Milan new coach Filippo Inzaghi would like to obtain the young right back. The Piedmont’s club is also seeking a midfielder, and it’s keen again on Genoa 21-year old Stefano Sturaro, even if this latter seems intentioned to join AS Roma. The contract of 32-year-old goalkeeper Marco Amelia with AC Milan is about to expire, and the player could leave the rossoneri, who have just signed 29-year-old Michael Agazzi and extended the deal of 37-year-old Christian Abbiati: according to alfredopedulla.com, Amelia is a target for West Bromwich.
