Juventus are about to complete the signing of Martin Caceres but they are already focusing on a new deal which would see Aly Cissokho moving to Turin.

According to the player’s agent, the Bianconeri could sign him in the current transfer window.

“Cissokho has a contract until 2014 but he wants to leave Lyon,” said agent Ali Barat.

“At the same time, Lyon have to sell because they need cash. On Friday, I will talk to Juventus. If my client leaves in January he would only do it for Juve otherwise in the summer Manchester United may step in.”

However, Lyon’s general director Berbard Lacombe claimed the player’s agent is just chasing headlines.

“I just heard about this but we have had no contact with Juve. Newcastle offered 6-7M for the player but at that price we won’t sell,” claimed Lacombe.

“Agents are made like this; they go around a lot and make things up with the help of the media. If Juve want Cissokho they need to make an important bid.”
