Juve, Ronaldo exceeds Maldini: 175 appearances in European competitions
Cristiano Ronaldo has officially exceeded Paolo Maldini, starting in tonight's game between Juventus and Atletico Madrid. The Portuguese striker has now made 175 appearances in European competitions, compared to Maldini's 174.
However, there is still one man left to beat for CR7, namely his former teammate Iker Casillas. The Spanish goalkeeper is at an impressive 188 appearances.
