Juve: Walcott, Llorente and Sissoko get farther. Milan: mission for Carvalho and Kaka
In their search for a new striker, Juventus, as reported las Monday, seemd very close to Athletic Bilbao 27 year old Fernando Llorente; but, according to Fichajes.net, Real Madrid seem to have joined the hunt for the Spain international, as the merengues might need to replace 24 year old Karim Benzema, who could move to Paris Saint-Germain; on the contrary, the bianconeri could have a new chance for Shanghai Shenhua 34 year old Didier Drogba, who, as reported by the Corriere dello Sport, despite the latest declarations released, is not too sure about remaining in China. The Serie A defending champions are also seeking a winger, and, as reported today by the Daily Star, one of their main targets for that position, 23 year old Theo Walcott, is again in talks with Arsenal to extend his contract, actually expiring in June 2013. Bad news for Juve also regarding the midfield, with Russian giants Anzhi Makhachkala who are still keen on Toulouse 23 year old Moussa Sissoko, as confirmed by the player’s agent Frederic Guerra. Regarding the possible departures, Fenerbahçe, according to Tuttosport, have made another offer for 34 year old defender Lucio, while both Atalanta and Genoa keep on tracking 28 year old midfielder Simone Padoin.
