On Wednesday night in the first leg of the Champions League clash against Barcelona, Alessandro Nesta proved once again to be a world class defender.

No long in his prime, the defender has had a career full of injuries but is still a top choice when fit. The Italian defender though will be a free agent in the summer given that Milan are unsure whether to offer him a new deal in Rossonero.

Taking advantage of this situation, the Bianconeri could step in and take Nesta away from San Siro like they did for Andrea Pirlo.

The defender could be tempted to join his former teammate in Turin and Juventus would be ready to offer him a valuable deal as well as keeping the player focused on Champions League football...

The Rossoneri could bring back the Brazilian from Real Madrid. Kakà proved to be still a top player on Tuesday night against APOEL Nicosia but the Merengues may be looking to offload him in the summer.

Kakà has always been a Rossoneri fan and a return to San Siro would help him return to his best standards as claimed by Il Corriere dello Sport.

Milan are also looking to strengthen their squad with one out of Cissokho and Jordi Alba while Mario Yepes and Gianluca Zambrotta are expected to depart in the summer.
