    Granit Xhaka is one of Juventus’ main targets for next season and Calciomercato.com received confirmation from Basel’s sport director about potential negotiations.

    “I don’t like to reveal names of clubs but I can assure you the players has many admirers,” said Georg Heitz.

    Reportedly, the Bianconeri made a €10M offer for the player. “We received a number of offers, but I can officially confirm only the one made by Hamburg,” added Heitz.

    “We had other offers too but we want to keep the player. Then, of course, you never know what happens in football,” concluded the director.

    Milan: Howedes worth €20M

    According to German reports, Schalke 04 could be tempted to sell Benedikt Howedes in the summer and the player has been linked to Milan. However, Calciomercato.com found out that the the player and his agent were quite surprised by this news.

    Howedes is happy at the club and hasn’t been considering a move elsewhere. Nevertheless, there are plenty of admirers watching out for him but Schalke won’t sell for less that €20M.

    Spolli signs new deal: Catania defender Nicolas Spolli has signed a new deal with the Rossoblu. The Argentine defender will stay in Sicily until June 2015.
