Juventus: Conte asks new signings. Inter Milan: Lodi won't join

By winning against AC Milan, Juventus are always closer to the achievement of their second Italian title in a row. But, after the game, the bianconeri’s coach Antonio Conte has once again highlighted that it is not easy to win without investing on the transfer market. And this morning the Piedmontese club has received an important message from Mino Raiola, agent of Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic: the powerful Italian-born Dutch manager has in fact explained to La Gazzetta Sportiva that the Serie A defending champions could carry out a negotiation like the one done by AC Milan with another one of his clients, 22 year old striker Mario Balotelli; and has ironized about the latest declarations released by the Lombard club’s Chief Executive Adriano Galliani who stated that his team is missing more Thiago Silva than the Sweden international. But, interviewed by Sky Sport HD, Juve’s General Manager Giuseppe Marotta has seemed quite sceptic about the possibility to sign the Swede, and has just said that at the end of the season he will evaluate with Conte the eventual options for the next transfer window.

As reported earlier today, Inter Milan seem concretely interested in Catania 25 year old attacking midfielder Alejandro Gomez: as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the Argentine seems really intended to join the nerazzurri for about 8 million euros plus two young players but the meeting between Inter’s Technical Director Marco Branca and the Sicilian club’s president Antonino Pulvirenti doesn’t seem credible. The Lombard club would also like to sign 29 year old midfielder Francesco Lodi, but this latter seems intentioned to join city rivals AC Milan.
