    Juventus injury update: No muscle tear for Morata

    Juventus fans feared Alvaro Morata could have missed the Coppa Italia game against AC Milan after picking up an injury during Juventus’ 2-0 win over Carpi on Sunday. However, the Serie A giants have announced that the Spanish striker has not suffered a muscle tear and could be available for the next game of the season.

    “The champions are currently enjoying the second of the two days of rest granted to them by Massimiliano Allegri following Sunday’s 2-0 victory over Carpi at Juventus Stadium, with training set to resume tomorrow afternoon as the season enters its final stages.
    As for the availability of certain players for the upcoming Serie A meeting with Hellas Verona, Alvaro Morata underwent a medical examination this morning, which ruled out any muscle tear for the Spanish forward, whose condition will continue to be monitored in the coming days.”
