Juventus legend tips Lazio boss Inzaghi to replace Allegri

Former Juventus player Alessio Tacchinardi, who played over 250 times in Serie A for the Bianconeri, has spoken to MC Sport about the current revolution ongoing at the Turin based club. Today, it was made official that Massimiliano Allegri, who has been head coach of Tacchinardi's former club Juve for five years, would be leaving the club; with a number of names shortlisted to replace him.

One of the names listed is Lazio boss Simone Inzaghi, fresh off the Coppa Italia success on Wednesday against Gian Piero Gasperini's Atalanta side. Tacchinardi, commenting on the Juventus news, said the following:

"It is right to change the environment, it is the right solution. Juventus has an A, B and C plan. I know they are trying in every way to take Guardiola, who has confirmed that he wants to stay at City. If they do not find a super coach they will go to Simone Inzaghi, who will not go there to throw his fists on the table to ask the players what to do and has already won something. Even if he cannot play as he does with Lazio, using the counter-attack."
