Juventus news: Bianconeri plan to sign Inter and Man U target

There is a lot of competition interested in signing Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen. The Dane is being compared to former Samp and current Inter defender Milan Skriniar; who came through the Sampdoria set-up and earned himself a big money move to an elite club. Anderssen is wanted by a number of teams, with Juventus and Inter Milan interested in Italy, whilst the Sampdoria management have flown to London in the past week to discuss the deal with Tottenham Hotspur and, perhaps, Arsenal as well. Manchester United have also had scouts watch Andersen.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fabio Paratici, Juventus sporting director, is personally interested in signing Andersen of the upmost importance. In person, Paratici has reportedly contacted the club about the centre-back.

Juve, however, have a plan in their attempts to sign Andersen. This would involve first signing young Argentine defender Leonardo Balerdi from Boca Juniors, valued at around €15m and who the club have rejected two bids from Barcelona for. With Balerdi, Juventus could offer the defender in exchange to Sampdoria, who are also interested in the young defender and would be the perfect replacement for Andersen.
