Latest: Genoa talks ‘ongoing’ for AC Milan departing striker

Genoa have emerged as huge competitors for AC Milan departing striker Gianluca Lapadula who is expected to leave the San Siro this summer after the arrival of Andre Silva and another huge summer signing up front who could either be Nikola Kalinic or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

According to a report of Sky Sport (via pianetagenoa), Genoa talks with AC Milan are ongoing with the rossoneri who have slapped a € 12 million price-tag on the former Pescara star.
Lapadula joined the San Siro hierarchy for € 9 million last summer but his time in North Italy could be over already.

The 27-year-old managed eight goals and four assists in 29 appearances with AC Milan last season, when, however, he could only start 12 Serie A games

The Serie A giants are also in talks with Marseille over Carlos Bacca, with the Colombian who is also tipped to leave the diavoli in the summer.
