Alexandre Lacazette's future is in doubt as the player spoke to Eurosport earlier today, here is what he had to say on the matter: " Will Champions league football be a key criteria ? No, but it is certainly a plus. The first thing I will look at is my potential role since I don't want to be a bench man. I want to be an important player and I want to play a lot. EPL? Yes the English Premier league is an interesting league but this does not mean that I will be playing there. It is a possibility like many other leagues are possibilities too for me, let's see". 

Lacazette then added : " I like the English league a lot, there are many good team there. At the moment, these are only rumors. The possibility of joining Atletico Madrid in January is present ". 

The French striker had another solid year in France as he scored 37 goals and 4 assists in 45 overall games in 2016-2017.
