Leicester City star prefers Barcelona move over Arsenal and Chelsea

Leicester City star Ryihad Mahrez has reportedly informed the 2015/16 Premier League champions that he wants to leave in the summer and according to reports in Spain he has also made it clear that he does not want to play in England next season.

Catalan paper Sport claims the Algeria International wants to move to Barcelona and that his agents have already had contacts with the La Liga giants who, however, need to sign two different players before focusing on their attacking department.

The blaugrana’s priority is to sign a new right-back and a central midfielder. Once they will have sealed the transfers of these two profiles, they will possibly open talks with Leicester over the signing of the 26-year-old.

Arsenal and Chelsea are also interested in signing the talented winger, still according to Sport. The Gunners have also made an opening bid but the player has put transfer talks on hold as he’s waiting for Barcelona to make their move.
