Maldini makes AC Milan fans dream as he confirms 'Champions League market'

Despite the many difficulties and the many injuries, AC Milan are performing well and remain in the race for Champions League spots, but it is clear that for the future Gattuso expects something from the transfer market in January, and it will be up to Leonardo and Paolo Maldini to try the coach's demands and reinforce the squad.

At the moment, the names that make the fans dream most are those of Ibrahimovic and Fabregas. These are the two most probable transfers, as long as Zlatan finds a way to end his contract with Los Angeles Galaxy and Chelsea reduces the asking price for the Spanish midfielder.

Every AC Milan move, however, will have to follow the guidelines dictated by Financial Fair Play and obviously, the transfer market will be conditioned by the UEFA sanctions that will arrive by mid-December. Despite this, the management's will is to further strengthen Gattuso's team.
