Man United back in race for £50m Spurs full-back

Tottenham are bracing themselves to lose Danny Rose this summer - with Manchester United favourites to get him, writes John Cross.

Manchester United look to be back in the race for Danny Rose, according to John Cross of the Mirror.

The Yorkshire-born England international is reported to want to move back North, and Manchester United are ‘favourites’ to nab him, with Luke Shaw and Matteo Darmian struggling to earn the starting job on a full-time basis.

Tottenham look to be losing Kyle Walker (who isn’t getting on with Coach Mauricio Pochettino), who has also been included in Jose Mourinho’s recent transfer wishes.

Manchester City are also interested in the £50 million Rose, but they may have an issue with the high price ta.  Rose has earned 12 England caps.

Manchester United are also interested in Eric Dier, but they will struggle to persuade Spurs, whose chairman, Daniel Levy, said that none of the Lilywhites’ stars will leave this summer.
