The Italy International has scored five goals and registered four assists in all competitions this term and has proved himself as one of the most versatile players of the league having played as both right winger and offensive midfielder under Paulo Sousa during this campaign.
The 22-year-old contract at the Franchi runs until 2019, though Juventus and Barcelona have been also linked with welcoming his services.
Bernardeschi made his senior Italy national team debut against Spain last month and is expected to be part of the Azzurri’s EURO 2016 team in the summer.
