Giuseppe Bozzo, lawyer and agent of international goalkeeper Marchetti, answered Cagliari's president Cellino, who said the player had bad advisors: "I read what Cellino said and I think he was referring to me. I was disappointed because I was collaborative with Cagliari. There have been two offers for Marchetti and Cellino refused them both. He's got the right to do it, but I think he wanted to punish the player. Today I told the player that I can resign from being his agent because clearly there is no feeling with Cellino, but he confirmed his trust in me. The only thing that he did wrong was not to be an hypocrite, he has never done anything to justify such a campaign by Cagliari. I will defend Federico and myself legally. I don't sell or buy players, I only make the contracts. If Cagliari have the intention to find a solution, they will do it with their market men".

Marchetti, according to  radio mercato, received a call from Roma and from Celtic.
