Marotta warns Liverpool over Emre Can’s January transfer

Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta talked to Premium Sport on Sunday afternoon, right before the kick-off of Juventus-Bologna.

There are many issues regarding Juventus right now and Marotta was asked to share his thoughts and all of them, starting from the biggest issue right now: Paulo Dybala.

“Dybala is not going through an easy moment, he is struggling but it can happen in football. He must find the right balance between football and his image off the pitch. If his mind is free he can do amazing performances again.”

“It’s a tough game today, we must be motivated today because small teams are the most difficult ones to face.”

As for Emre Can, Juventus’ top January priority, Marotta said: “We trust our player but Emre Can is a player we have been watching, he will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement for next month and many big clubs will try to sign him, we are aware of it. Marchisio? He didn’t ask us anything, he loves this club, we don’t think he will move abroad.”
