Milan will certainly sign a new striker on loan next January but the Rossoneri are yet undecided between Maxi Lopez and Carlos Tevez.

Lopez is the cheap option considering that the Rossoneri have already agreed a deal with Catania for 1M loan fee and a 7M option to buy clause for June.

But the Rossoneri are still dreaming of getting their hands on Tevez who has the potential to rock Serie A. Milan are still working to persuade Manchester City to lower their demands but in case that plan fails they will still have Lopez as a back up plan.

Either way, it seems that in Milanello they have inverted their Selecao trend opting for Argentineans rather than Brazilians and following in the footsteps of city rivals Inter.
