Mbappé: Arsenal reportedly jump to front of the queue for Real Madrid target

Arsenal are reported to have made an improved bid to sign Monaco star Kylian Mbappé, the most wanted striker in the world at the moment. The 18-year-old has 26 goals in all competitions this season and his stunning performances have attracted the interest of several European clubs.

Reports in France claim the Gunners have made an improved bid to sign the Frenchman adding that the offer of the Gunners is the best one Monaco have received so far.

Real Madrid and Manchester City, in fact, have reportedly offered € 135 million and the player’s will is – apparently – to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Monaco will try to keep the player at the club for one more season althoguh his permanence in South France is not the most likely option at the moment.

Mbappe is believed to be Arsenal’s top transfer target for the summer. The North London club is now waiting for a response from South France, where the € 140 million bid has been submitted.
