Mbappe's family demand emergency meeting with Monaco over proposed move to Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappe’s potential summer move to Real Madrid may well have taken a step closer with the news from Marca that the player’s family have demanded an emergency meeting with Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev to discuss the latest situation. The 18-year-old is one of football’s hottest properties right now and is currently on holiday with his family as rumours continue as to where he will be playing his club football next term.

The Spanish giants are thought to have already offered the club from the principality €100M and with the sale of Alvaro Morata to Manchester United seemingly getting closer, President Florentino Perez will use the cash collected form his sale (reported to be around €70M) to finance a move for Mbappe.

Don Balon writes that a meeting between the two clubs has now been scheduled and despite the players recent claims that he is in no hurry to decide his future, the very fact that Real have been chasing his signature since he was 14 looks to have them firmly in the driving seat.
