MLS side deny interest in signing Balotelli
The club's sporting director Ernst Tanner was in Germany to identify players to sign for the club. During the visit, he told reporters of Aquirer and Daily News: "There is no element of truth in this story. I do not know where this rumor came from: I've never been in touch with Balotelli .
"We want to put together a good team for next season - we are looking for young strikers, a negotiation with Balotelli would not make sense in terms of what our market objectives are."
