Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri was interviewed by Premium Sport after the heavy defeat at home at the Stadio San Paolo against Manchester City in tonight's group stage Champions League fixture.

"We played against a very string team and we managed to put them in a great deal of difficulty. Unfortunately we dropped our heads after the injury against Ghoulam, we became much more passoive there and then and we conceded the 3-2 goal on a counter-attack when we were very close to scoring ourselves" Sarri started.

"I don't think that we are suffering from physical problems, more than anything we are lacking a bit of protection from the Lega Calcio given that every time we play we're faced against teams that have had one more day of rest than we have had" the Napoli coach analyzed.

Sarri was then asked about the fact that Napoli keep conceding on set pieces stating that "we know that this is where we come up short, we're a very technical team more than we are a physical team."

In conclusion Sarri was aksed about the status of Ghoulam's injury: "We have to wait and see what has happened even if it is difficult for anyone to replace him as he is one of the best full-backs in all of Europe. However we will find a solution to replace him."
