According to reports from today's edition of Il Mattino, Napoli will have to face an obstacle in the negotiations for Hirving Lozano, should they decide to move for the Mexican.
The obstacle is Mino Raiola, the agent of the winger, who reportedly isn't too happy with Napoli after the Manolas negotiations, since the Partenopei claimed the image rights.
