Napoli news: Forward duo unlikely for Chievo clash
Napoli’s official website are reporting that Simone Verdi has suffered a new injury, this time “Verdi has suffered a sprained left ankle whose entity will be evaluated in the next 48 hours.” This suggests that the Italian will be unavailable for the game against Chievo.
Similarly, Napoli’s website confirmed an injury to Amin Younes: “Very slight first-degree distortion at the right ankle.” Younes’ injury seems less severe than his Italian teammate, yet both will be fighting to regain fitness in time for the return of Serie A.
