During an interview accorded to Radio Radio, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has released many interesting declarations regarding his club’s transfer market policy; regarding his team’s head coach Maurizio Sarri, the Italian film producer stated: “I know how to do the contracts, as I come from the most complicated world, the movies’ one, and I act the same way. Sarri has a contract with four options, so he’s secured for the next five years. Love can also end, for this reason the options give a possibility. The contracts are made to have some warranties and to prevent before curing, in case there is a madman that comes and made a super offer, as it happened with Mazzarri”. Finally, De Laurentiis revealed: “I tried to offer a lot of money to Sabatini for Romagnoli, but he already had a commitment with another club, and the same happened with Cairo for Maksimovic. We were convinced to have reinforced our defense and our offensive line, and we kept on going on with a professional and credible way”.
