Newcastle make another bid for Belgian star

Recent reports indicated that Everton were also interested in the former Anderlecht man, who already has Champions League experience under his belt, as well as one cap with a very, very competitive Belgium team.
Sampdoria have, so far, maintained that the 23-year-old will not leave this summer.
