Official: Balotelli renews his deal with Nice

Mario Balotelli had a solid season in France as he decided to stay on at Nice. The Italian striker received a lot of interest from European clubs but he decided to renew his deal for another season with Nice in the French Ligue 1.

This past season, SuperMario was able to put in solid performances after solid performances as he finished off the season with 17 goals in 28 appearances for Nice (he also added one assist too). The French club had a good season as they finished third in the Ligue 1 standings behind Monaco and PSG. Nice announced the deal with a press release as they confirmed that Balotelli left money on the table to renew his contract with the club. Balotelli renewed his deal with them until next summer (June 2018) as he will be present tomorrow for Nice's first training session of the year.
