OFFICIAL: Lippi appointed China coach again

Marcello Lippi has returned as the manager of China, a mere four months after he left the role. The announcement was made today by the CFA (Chinese Football Association). After his departure, Fabio Cannavaro, who captained Italy to the World Cup victory in 2006, with Lippi as the manager, took over.

However, he could not cope with the dual positions as China manager and that of Guangzhou Evergrande at the same time, so he resigned.
