Paolo Maldini believes AC Milan still need time to improve

AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini shared his views on his former club with attending the Premio Stracca award ceremony.

“I think AC Milan have showed some good things this term, but they still need time to improve It’s like when you are recovering from illness, it takes time.”

“During negative times it is important not to hide yourself. One have to take his responsibilities to see if the rest of the team follow him.”

“However, the leader and the club can have different opinions, but they always have to respect each other.”

“The perfect example of leader for me is Franco Baresi. He did not talk a lot, but he really worked hard.”
Maldini, 47, played his whole career with the Rossoneri  shirt. He made his debut in 1985 and retired in 2009, playing 647 games with the club and winning 26 trophies in that time.
